You mean when RBG refused to retire under Obama and Obama didn’t fight hard enough for the scotus pick he was entitled too?
Or how about the democrats ratfucking the primary and forcing someone that was deeply unliked as the candidate? (Not once but twice!)
Stop blaming republicans and start blaming democrats for their shit ass leadership.
The court was able to stop it because he wanted to do it in a circuitous, over complicated way plus he projected that he was going to do it that way instead of just doing it in order to give them time to stop him instead of just making it a fait accompli. Don't be a rube.
