Terrorism just boils down to "political violence against non-combatants".
And by that definition yes the US government is 100% a terrorist organization
Oh... it's not just the US, it's practically every government.
Always has been.
Functionally the definition is "political violence by non-state actors" i.e. it's not terrorism when the government does it
Right, HTS in Syria were terrorists until they won.
