No one does nuclear weapons program in public.
I mean okay but AFAIK there's no evidence Iran has or is working on nuclear weapons.
That's how nuclear weapons are made, in secret. They have capability, there is stated desire to have it, they have enemy (Israel) that has it. There is high probability they have at least development program (it doesn't take a genius to make the bombs actually).
There is? Haven't they explicitly stated they don't want them?
