Ok, this one made me blurt out what the fuck. What is your opinion of the Saudi wave:
a) the game is dead
b) this is the same as other leagues have thought of all the sales to the premier league for the last 5 years?

PL spending was largely driven by Oil Clubs, now they are just spending closer to home.
Idk man, but in the end these players are going to wake up and realize that they’re going to actually play in Saudi Arabia. There are things you can say, I’m sure, that are positive about the country. There are also many things, you can say, that aren’t. Playing in Saudi Arabia means these players have given up their voices. You will not here any socially conscious remarks from anyone playing there. It’s a black hole for human rights and anyone that accepts a contract feeds into it. As I’ve heard it called before, Saudi Arabia is sportswashing and we shouldn’t let a couple of footballers or golfers try to convince us otherwise
