Being right wing isn't a crime on it's own. It's like bunch of stupids are writing a sensationalist piece for other stupids to be angry about.
Contempt of court (this time). He was found to have libelled a 15 year old refugee a few years back, and having already had an injunction placed against him to stop repeating the libel he did so a third time anyway and the courts got fed up with his shit
