I could be completely off base here, but I assumed they meant this when I read it
typo of WLW (women loving women) - copy-pasting from the OP reveals it's a lowercase
land not anI(A Cincinnati radio station does incidentally also appear as the top Google result, though the following several results reference the queer terminology.)
