The announcement to prevent people outside the EU from buying housing in Spain unless they reside in the country follows his proposal last week to put a tax of up to 100% on such property deals.

I agree. More houses should be built, but not so they can be purchased by trust funds so they can make money over a basic good.

And yes, the article is bullshit because it makes it look as if the law targets brits when it's not made for them. If they were in the EU, this law would mean nothing to them, but hey, nobody told them to leave and yet they did so...
