Umm actually it is viewed as an internal matter and no foreign powers get involved, this is basically the same as the nazis winning.
the dastardly KPD get their marching orders from the Kremlin but also would be abandoned the moment great opportunity for the Soviets arises
after trying the game for a while it reaks of lib brain .. the obvious option is forbidden.. even if historical the soviet -weimar relations where pretty important .. you can not build relation with them.
