So what's their goal here? To shame the departments who are "too expensive"? Is it for Joe public to decide what constitutes "too much money" being spent on something? Or should it actually be the job of someone who understands the work they do and benefit they offer, instead of it being based on if the name sounds like it does stuff for foreigners.

Considering that if you drill down far enough there's some spaces for staff to be listed it looks more like it's going to be a hit list for any right wing weirdos to hook into.
