I'd like to politely reject the usage of this meme. It's a good meme certainly, but a better usage would be "A senior developer opening VIM on their..."
JIRA is actually hella bloated and slow as ass on anything with less then two teraflops of compute power.

Non developers on my team just keep Jira and Figma tabs open all day. I think they need beefier machines than I do to support that
Seconded, it somehow manages to lag on my overclocked 5950X w/ 64GB of RAM. (this may be related to the Dark Mode extension or some shit, however it's still absolutely inexcusable)
