He's the reason why we pay the fed carbon tax
I get money back annually on my taxes from that, too.
I thought cons HATED government handouts and wasteful spending?

Those cheques should have sunk them - especially point 3. I hope any time that anybody sees a con crying about welfare in Ontario, they are quickly reminded about these cheques.
