these are estimations from 2021 that predict as far as 2022, and on top of that CO2 is notably absent from the charts

from a subsequent data release by the same source used in the article, in 2024:

NH3, CH4, N2O, and CO2 emissions are increasing, although CO2 emissions in 2022 were nearly the same as in 2021.

How much of this effect is a temporary dip during COVID due to reduced transportation and industry? And why no CO2 or methane?
