Defence is kinda always ok to resort to kill someone or something threatening you and your family. Vengeance can be understandable but it's a very fishy topic and I don't know where I would be on it.

And despite condemning all other forms of killing, if the victim is a billionaire or a fascist, I won't condemn it much.
