"Greenpeace has warned it could be forced into bankruptcy because of the case brought by Energy Transfer." That's the point, I would guess.

I guess they can't do what mining companies do after dumping toxic chemicals eh? Fold take the money and re open as Green Peace instead of Greenpeace?
