Comcast story. I had issue with phone and cable working but no internet. I had idiots on tech support keep telling me to restart the router. Me: The phone I am calling you on is connected to the router and will drop this call. After several hours, turns out that internet had been mistakenly canceled by my wife and it took them six months to turn it off.
