Images in-line with posts do not auto-scale

This one has been bugging me for awhile, so I don't know when it started. But images in-line in the text portion of posts show at their original resolution, and do not scale down.

Possibly related, images that are wider than they are tall don't scale down in comments.
From your screenshots, that is weird, I donโt see that. What is your OS version?
iOS 18.3.1, Voyager 2.24.3. It's been behaving this way as long as I can remember. (Though now that I'm thinking about it, if a post did display correctly, I would have no way of knowing unless I tapped each individual photo.) Maybe there's a setting I missed?
Oh, I figured it out. It has to do with "autoplay gif" option. I will investigate

Just tried toggling that setting (set to Never on my end). It corrected the scaling even with the post already loaded, and then reverted with the setting. Same with wide images in comments. Good catch!
