Nothing so threatening the Democrats would block it when they had the chance.
How would they "block" it?
By not signing Trumps funding bill
Or running a primary on Biden, or putting pressure to make sure he'd be jailed for his many crimes, or abandoning the campaign policies they knew were unpopular, or a hundred other times where they could have done anything other than use Trump as a fucking stick without the courtesy of a carrot
