People != their government
Except that they're still mostly a democracy, and they vote for the shit.
Still mostly a democracy? Erdogan just had the opposition candidate for president arrested and is in progress with getting him disqualified from running entirely. Turkiye has not been a democracy for a long time and the dictator is just doing it in the open now.
I support the Turks. Let them kick Erdogan out!
