MODERATORS
That kind of thinking was behind how new EU regulations work - fines specified as a percentage range of global revenues. I think the biggest issue is enforcement because those companies can afford to take those things to court and delay for years.
Malicious delays should be recognised and interest should be charged as an additional percentage. Also, the EU is hardly doing enough. It's like they've been bought by these companies
