Basically, if you're a senior developer already, or if you have the grit to learn non-vibe programming on your own, this ensures you will have a job in the future, as this will prevent a lot of new senior devs (a "vibe coder" will not become senior without putting in the work) leading to a lack of personnel. GenAI absolutely cannot do senior dev jobs.
