The ”PC-98 aesthetic” is great, too bad so many of the newer games are porn.
I love it too. I played Dead of the Brain awhile back and enjoyed it. Right now I'm downloading a huge pack of translated games from here: https://archive.org/details/nec-pc-9801-translations

Many of those games are pretty well known hentai titles, but I know that Brandish 2 and Dragon Slayer - The Legend of Heroes are Falcom games and The Screamer is where DEHUMANIZE YOURSELF AND FACE TO BLOODSHED is from.
