I've had several stitches and broken bones but it beats having hypertension and diabetes or whatever else.
I don't usually train through injuries, just take a little break and find some other exercises to keep my body moving and my heart pumping, if I can.
Yeah exactly. I personally have very weak core and something like lumbar lordosis, so trying to focus on that while the leg is resting couple months
