I'm not some huge fan of the death penalty. There's a hefty line, but this is WAY past it.

How? I can’t see any argument at all for how this would qualify for the death penalty. This is like the prime case of when it’s not needed

Why threat does she pose while in jail? She isn’t a mafia leader who can still be dangerous. That’s why this is key example of when not to kill someone
