Great video. I do find it interesting she spends 4 minutes explaining how her blood sugar might dip too low if she follows the old meal plan. Two meals a day exercise before the meals. It really illustrates the difference between the metabolism before modern times in the current metabolism.

On day 1 she had to have a snack between meals
