it’s not fast food so it’s better than many an American’s meal but you could do with less carbs and meats and eggs and more vegitables
Nothing wrong with carbs if they are from whole foods.
I think the comment was not against carbs in general, just their proportion to veggies.
If thats the case, I agree!
