With America's amazing track record of spending big on repairs and maintenance to infrastructure, I can see absolutely nothing going wrong with this at all.
Let's declare a war on bad infrastructure! We can funnel all "War on Y" money in. America First! Let's reduce unemployment with a huge jobs program. Hire everyone to build tracks, trails, and parks.
So, you're not going to believe this, but...
Okay forget rails, we put big fucking monster-truck tires on the trains and just crash through the countryside.
Just have the people who maintain the roads in michigan build it! What could go wrong!
