They're seriously running on anti-empathy? They're just outright saying empathy is BAD?
At least conservatives are abandoning the facade of being decent human beings.
The lie about immigrants eating cats and dogs still has me absolutely pissed. I cannot believe that went over with the populace. Absolutely vile.
It's a part of the wider right-wing war on empathy. They see it as a weakness, not as fundamental to what we are.
