Best weight loss method, laziness.
This is exactly why I only buy ingredients, either I'm hungry enough to make the food or I'm not actually that hungry.
I do this and I'm still kinda fat, but my meals are pretty epic
I bet you feel way better than you would if your diet was full of processed food though.
Oh yeah I feel great. Better than when I was a skinny kid living off ramen and kraft dinner.
So I guess that's something!
