But it was not about Lenin at all, but about not separating oneself from the communist past, even if today's Russia is not a communist state.

What could possibly make you think we were arguing that Lenin is not socialist? There is a small hint in "Marxism-Leninism"
Also, I had not read the end of your comment. The communist part of Russia's history is the best one. But if you're a tsarist or fascist I understand why you may think otherwise
I was not the one to make that remark about Russia not being communist but it is true. What are you trying to say?
No communism but you say communism was Russia's best time... Are you still okay? Remove yourself in communism or no communism. It's ridiculous with you. You contradict each other.
Do you not even understand how time works? That Russia was feudal, and then socialist starting in the early 20^th^ century, and now capitalist since the late 20^th^ century?
Most anticommunists don’t. There were anticommunists who thought that the G.P.U. still existed after 1934.
