Magic Fang (Runic Body in the remaster) is Magic Weapon/Runic Weapon for unarmed strikes.

Even if you found some cheesy way to make an attack count for both, it's the exact same thing, simulated runes, so it couldn't stack and gives an item bonus that doesn't stack with real runes like the AI wanted. Three different sources, all just item runes.
