I'll take the most chicken-scratch attempt at a meme over a photo-realistic (though still uncanny/off putting) AI generated slop any day.
At least when I'm putting a meme together by hand, I can reach a point halfway through and realize "this is stupid" and throw it away. ๐ And if you think my OC memes suck, you should see what's on the cutting room floor lol.
