This method is for those who requested mail-in ballots a while back.

Special Ballots

Remember: Once you apply to vote by special ballot, you can't change your mind and vote at advance polls or on election day.

I was hoping it was him.

I used to work in his riding and it was reassuring seeing all the green election signs outside of houses. Knowing that people were realizing they are not stuck voting for the same two parties over and over.
