So the color isn't what bothers me obviously, but the color is affected by the same things that affect the flavor. There's a very strong green taste in stuff like spinach and broccoli that either isn't there or is quite a bit milder in peas, and that's what I have issue with.
I wonder if that's genetic; there's people that say celery tastes like soap, for example. I thought it might be something similar.
Celery I don't mind, it's just pretty bland without PB or cheese or w/e. I think you're thinking of cilantro though, and.. probably a combination of nature and nurture; I'm sure if I ate more of those foods as a kid I would like them more too. shrug

Yup. I'm fortunate that I don't have that gene or whatever it is, I love cilantro.
