I was instantly suspicious as well, lol.

A couple other positive signs are how the face interacts with the leaf, and I think I can make out a reflection of the camera on the eyes. Or at least a some kind of tripod or handheld stabilizer.

If I'm wrong then I concede to the AI overlords.
