Well, doesn't sound like he is crossing state lines with it
It's still illegal, you just aren't super likely to get caught without the assistance of your state government.
Eh, it doesn't matter here. SCOTUS decided that the federal government has the right to regulate weed, even within state borders (Gonzales V Raich)
They need to make their way into the immigrant population, and people who are working against their agenda publicly, before they use weed to to disappear multi-generational citizens.
