It's fixed now! Thanks for the developers! I use Bravenewpipe, a fork with adblocker, and it's working normally now too.
Is this some kinda Brave browser integration? Newpipe hasn't served me up any ads yet, so you got me wondering what your version does.
It has nothing to do with Brave Browser. BravePipe is just a fork of NP, with sponsorblock. https://github.com/bravepipeproject
