It's likely not even a US op, and division like this benefits places like China and Russia even more.
All the US did was take Russia off the cyberthreat list and stop monitoring their VPNs. The Russian bots have been very obvious across all US platforms.
A data scientist supposedly uses emojis like that?!
Indeed, a great way to make your "unreadable" bullet point list into a "normie" palatable wall of text.
