Must be just a coincidence.... right after the Victory Day celebrations where he met with Xi, Maduro, Putin, etc that suddenly the AQ/ISIS affiliates ramp up their attacks in BF.

Also I'm sure it's just coincidence that BF and the AES nations have inspired other countries like Namibia and Senegal to begin unraveling the claws of western imperialism.

i would say that it is terrorism though it's just terrorism that is done for the purpose of furthering imperialism

terrorism has a really vague definition tho it's like "when you inspire terror for political purposes" but notably it's not when the state does that via the police apparently
