https://defed.xyz No real surprises, but the list pales compared to Lemmygrad's still, they have 3x as many defeds.

Sad to see slrpnk there, they were a personal favourite of the small early instances.

The only annoying thing about ones like lemmy.world defedding is that I can't post to niche communities like /c/jpegxl that were founded there for no particular reason.

The centralisation of comms into lemmy.world just because it's the biggest and its consequences

I know there were hardware and other constraints but I still kinda wish it had ended up being lemmy.ml that absorbed more of the influx if it had to be one sort of 'default instance'. I know it did a bit at first, but it pretty quickly flipped over to .world
