If it’s done right

The Microsoft founder urges young innovators to use Artificial Intelligence to improve health services.

Something tells me it won't be. Everything I've heard about his philanthropy in Africa leads me to believe his idea of making peoples lives better means trapping them in the same middle-class prisons most western civilizations have made for their citizens. Where their only value is in making money for other people (like buying Microsoft products, or at least working for places that buy Microsoft products).
