Cream cheese, slap ya mama, and jalapeños from a jar. Microwaved.
6.5/10, but it's not a quesadilla.
This is my go-to snack when there's nothing else in the house. I was too lazy to grab a pan, but that would bump it up to at least an 8.2/10.
Bonus points if you have a tiny bit of sour cream or cilantro laying around.
