It’s the Switch but more powerful, bigger handheld screen, a bit bigger joy-cons, integrated chat functions. Definitely an incremental improvement rather than a drastic evolution. The line-up is a bit thin right now but that’s typical for the launch period.

Sad but true. I just want gyro aiming to take off more, it's legitimately competitive with mouse and keyboard once you get used to it.

It’s already functional in at least one third party game, cyberpunk. That also has full KBM support too though, so they’re probably an outlier.

I was exaggerating, but it'll probably have the same amount of (dis)use as the original Switch's touchscreen controls lol
