Rule 1 - Behaviour and Etiquette

I got a notification from an app on my phone about possible Aurora Borealis last night. There was a 14% chance. I went outside to check a couple of times, but no luck this time.
Dang, that would have been cool.
Sometimes it can be so faint that you can’t see it with the naked eye. I’ve heard of folks being able to see it in phone camera recordings in these cases.
I've heard of that happening, too. We got lucky not too long ago (this past winter, maybe?) and had some really good northern lights. Definitely visible to the naked eye!
