Oh i agree their word can't be trusted. The thing is tho Israelis are pampered. They've had the Iron Dome so long theyre used to bullying everyone without suffering any consequences. I don't know if they'll be able to handle the punishment Iran is giving them for long. If the Iron Dome goes down Israel knows it's fucked. So they'll back off for the time being, and im guessing Iran will let them. Iran's stated goal here is to remind Israel they shouldn't fuck with them. Israel can't be trusted, but if you make them feel the pain they still have self preservation as a motivator.
