Jerboa v0.0.45-alpha Release
(github.com)
Jerboa is a native-android client for Lemmy, built using the native android framework, Jetpack Compose.
Warning: You can submit issues, but between Lemmy and lemmy-ui, I probably won't have too much time to work on them. Learn jetpack compose like I did if you want to help make this app better.
Jerboa is made by Lemmy's developers, and is free, open-source software, meaning no advertising, monetizing, or venture capital, ever. Your donations directly support full-time development of the project.

Weird flex but okay
Lol. I like jerboa for sure, but i have been really working with the Thunder devs on accessibility. Another thing is Jerboa has a slower release cycle and no public betas. Totally understandable since they are also improving lemmy itself. The problem with it though is if you submit a bug and it gets fixed you have to wait weeks to test it (unless you build from source) and it may still not be totally fixed or could be done better.
You can build from source real easy though.
Jerboa does weekly releases. And what you really want is called a nightly build. Which has been proposed just not implemented.
It's mostly just me working on Jerboa.
If you really want a build for a fix you can just ask one. Doesn't take long
