It's entirely expected, not sure why you're in disbelief.
It reads like something Trump wrote about himself. He's done that kind of bullshit before.
Trump has also leaked private messages before.
Or something written to pander to him.

This has been my thought the whole time. It looks read like something someone with an IQ 43 would write about themselves. That or they had Grok do it.
If you know Mark Rutte long enough, then you know it's his style of flattering a person by mimicking him, mixed in with his own style of speech.
It's saying the quiet part out loud. Surely anyone who sees this will be outraged?
It isn't really a quiet part, though, never has been. NATO has openly been a millitary alliance for the purpose of maintaining Western Imperialism headed by the US, no more and no less, since its inception.
