That's a good point. Even by asking the question I'm entering the debate on the bigots' terms. Even if there are a few examples, the whole issue of who goes in which toilet and who polices it is just the thing the bigots have happened to land on. If it wasn't this, they'd find some other way to persecute the people they hate. I really don't understand how JK Rowling can carry on like this and not feel like she's wasting her life.
