yeah, to differenciate it from being on the radio in the game, which is more usual for open world games.
Not true, Kanye's back catalogue is amazing. Anything before Yeezus was gold. It's been hit and miss since then.
Get real, he has always sucked.
Edit: the point of sampling is to elevate and curate hidden gems. In power, he took the well known gold that is 21st century schizoid man and somehow turned it to scum.
