Trying to replicate my local sushi places dishes so I can make them at home but don't know what salad greens they are using

I think one of them is a type of lettuce but indent know which type

Looks like escarole on the bottom. Maybe arugula or mizuna on top. Arugula is more common so I am guessing its that.

I agree with escarole, it has a slightly brother green and leaf texture.

The op must establish if the leafs were slightly bitter or more neutral flavored.
