Trying to replicate my local sushi places dishes so I can make them at home but don't know what salad greens they are using

I think one of them is a type of lettuce but indent know which type

On the bottom looks like a mix of lettuce and arugula, wouldn't be surprised if they're using a prepackaged spring mix or similar

On top is the furikake you already know, and green onions/scallions
